Buyers increasingly jumped off the sidelines of the downtown Boston condominium market in the last months of 2009, pushing up sales and prices, according to data released yesterday. Sales were up 20.4 percent during the fourth quarter, compared with the same period in 2008, according to Listing Information Network, a private company that tracks real estate data in downtown Boston.
